Newly refurbished studio, great location 8 studios

Spacious rooms with kitchenette meant that I was able to keep milk and food cold..

Dust under the bed and the shower wasn't as clean as it could have been.

Nicely furnished modern and clean room with ensuite and kitchenette.

Walls were paper thin so could hear anyone in the kitchen, office or upstairs (Room 0)

We liked the location and hassle free checking and out.

Our complaint was not resolved even after I was assured, someone will come the next day. We did not have a working shower head, the kettle was not clean and had water from the previous user, there was leftover food in the refrigerator, and cobwebs in the room. Parking facilities was a little difficult to use as too many cars are parked. My parents came to visit me and attend my graduation all the way from India and we were not happy with the bare minimum facilities a hotel/room must provide. Moreover this was non-refundable booking. So I hoped for a better service.
