Location was perfect for walking to downtown Tampa, Amelia Arena and grocery store. Rental was clean and furnished well for a long weekend stay.

location is good. close to the bay, the Florida Aquarium, restaurants, pharmacy stores, and other stuff downtown offers. We felt safe walking on the street.

Stay away from this place. The kitchen was overrun with ants crawling over the cabinets, dishes, and stove; The bathroom sink's faucet had such a low water flow that it was unusable; the showerhead's water flow was so weak that it felt humiliating, and it took me 40 minutes to finish the shower. When I got out, the hair that had fallen off was still clinging to my body; the entire back part of the house sank, causing the bed to tilt to one side. You have to sleep on the lower end to prevent children from falling off. Respect yourself, and choose another place to stay.
