The place is in need of a re fit. Sofa is old and broken. Property has no wifi, contacted owner who said there is a local wifi issue! Not the case, there is no Internet Hub at the property. The property ran out of Gas meaning no heating or hot water on one of the mornings.
GBGBThe property is in a fantastic location and very spacious! Once the heating got going it was very warm inside. The bathroom was very clean. The kitchen was somewhat well equipped as we were only staying two nights we managed. The owner was very friendly and helped with any queries we had.
Upon arrival the first thing was the property was absolutely freezing, no heating on, and had an overwhelming smell of damp. Secondly It is not a three bedroom as stated. There is a sofa bed in the front room. This was not made clear. The master bedroom is fine. The second bedroom consists of one single bed that blocks the door way and a put up camp bed. Thankfully we came with three light weight children and not five adults. The overall cleanliness of the property is ok however almost all of the furniture is damaged or broken in some way, the springs on the sofa have gone as well as in all four dining chairs. The dining table looks ready to collapse. The oven is very dated and not very powerful. The oven trays and frying pan were dirty and greasy. The “garden” is a 6ft x 4ft area with fake grass. Barely enough room for the dogs to go to the toilet let alone anything else. The wifi doesn’t work at all.

It is not three bedrooms. It is two bedrooms with a sofa bed. The wifi was pointless because you couldn’t connect to it and the for sale sign was a bit off-putting
GBLovely spacious property near to ameneties and was allowed to take the dog.
There was no sugar, coffee or milk left for us which we have had in every property we booked from you. A few issues with things that need to be fixed IE living room door wont close, toilet seat moving settee sagging in the middle.
