Big. Good location

Smelled damp, sofa was falling apart, internet was slow, TV didn’t work very well. We were provided half a roll of toilet paper and no replacements. Mouldy bath mat. Towels didn’t smell clean. Owner of the property came into the building whilst we were asleep and opened all the curtains, without informing us they would be doing this. We messaged the owners about it but did not get any response.

Long review, but an honest insight from our stay Requested to stay at this apartment for my dad's birthday. I stated in the request I would be arriving as close to the earliest check-in time (15:00) due to ill health of my dad. We got there at 15:05 and knocked on the door, no answer. Called the number in the booking confirmation - no answer. I eventually got a call back asking if I had checked in. No one is at the property... I was informed to go down the right-hand side of the building, and there would be a door in front- knock for Andy. I heard my dad was talking at the front, so I went to see who was there. Immediately questioned about what I was doing down the side of the building. I tried to explain I spoke to a lady on the phone, and she requested me to do so, but I was shut down by sarcasm. "This is the footpath to the property. You open the gate and walk up the footpath." This was repeated several times over the top of myself, brother and father. The tour of the property was taken by my brother and partner due to the nature of the 'welcome' and me not wanting to enter until I took a breather, you would need to after that introduction or lack of introduction. My dad wanted to get inside as he was tired. To get into the property, you have to climb three steps and then one big step at the door. Description states this is wheelchair accessible- please change the description as this was questioned later during the week and stated it would be changed. False information. My dad uses a mobility scooter most of the time due to only being able to walk small amounts. Luckily, we had been shopping beforehand for bread and milk as nothing supplied... not even the chocolates or cookies as stated. Keep in mind, the first evening, I took the backdoor key off the set of keys to leave in the door for an escape route for my dad as we enjoyed a pint at the pub and only one set of keys.

It was clean and comfortable,an has everything you need, would definitely stay here again.

Location not too bad nice beach and couple arcades i think it did look tired though the area as a whole.

Area is okay but run down! The accommodation just wasn't up to standards. The table in the kitchen is near collapsing thank goodness we didn't have toddlers at the table or it would go through, the bath mat as you can see has black mould on. Plus lots of dust and broken items even the dvd player cannot be used as there isn't a cable connecting the player to the tv?makes no sense how nobody has realised this therefor the array of dvd is infact pointless. Few board games but again broken pieces missing. It could do with a clean up. The grill tray for the oven is caked in grease and grime. Not to mention the welcome pack? There wasn't one! No tea coffee sugar or milk? After a long drive the least you'd expect is a few bits to make a drink not have to go straight to the stores. No cleaning products just empty bottles. Dirty kitchen sponges no fresh and no washing up liquid. The hand wash in the bathroom? Filled with water (how cheap) then to top it all off the quater of toilet roll left. The towels smelt like old urine tbh very hard and dry also the shower is backwards the buttons placed wrong so you turn off you have to turn on, honestly needs proper care and tlc. Ran out of electricity and told the owners was told someone would be round to top up but never came so had to leave without showering food etc and no heating as told only allowed for one hour? Just not what the pictures reflect. Old and dated and not been cleaned for a while, old caravan books for holidays from 2017!!! Stay clear if you're wanting comfort and ease and not to spend a fortune at the store on essentials such as cleaning products, tea making equipment etc. Also only 3 knifes? Not a full cutlery set. The list goes on. Thank God we could eat out. Chinese is half decent at best. Was told could go back for free for 2 nights absolutely not wasting the fuel to do this.

Everything you need there a home from home, host was fantastic welcoming and friendly the apartment was spacious and spotless and very close to all amenities

Single mattresses could do with changing they were slightly uncomfortable due to being worn
