Location is great and staff was friendly. This place would have been for 20-something-year-old me, backpacking. For a 40-something-year-old couple, it is not the right place.

The bathroom is a cramped space with a toilet and a handheld shower. No separation between the two, so everything gets wet. The drainage was poor. The towels could have been cleaner. The room itself looks quite nice, but curtains don't keep out the light. Add to that the barking dogs and you'll have a hard time sleeping. We booked for 3 nights but checked out after the first night. Found a much nicer place (for the same price) nearby.

The check in process was smooth. They contacted me a day before check in and shared many necessary information for the check in process. As a solo traveler, this accommodation was just perfect for me. The location was the best. Everything in walking distance especially the beach and restaurants. The room was just right for me.

Perfect location, located in small and quite alley from the main attraction, across the road we find small alley directly to the peaceful beach !!! We love the ambience of the homey lobby, with air conditioning after hot beach day. For us the accomodation is the right choice and value for what we paid

It was a good location. Central to most things you'd want to do in Sanur.

The lights outside were constantly on and the blinds were see through. The key code system to first get into the place and then into the room was very annoying and didn't work. I had to get a key. A bunch of dogs live in the alley way and are fairly aggressive and there is no avoiding them. They also bark constantly. Hot water didn't work most of the time. Reception didn't speak english and couldn't help me with anything although they were nice enough.

The place is renovated, the kitchen area looks brand new and so do the rooms. Close to the beach with many nice restaurants around.

There was poop from a previous guest on the ground in the toilet. The bathroom is very very tiny, the shower head is not mounted, meaning you have to hold it during your shower. Also there is no shower curtain so everything in the bathroom will be soaking wet after a shower.
