Location was good

No water for 3 days - kept asking the maintenance man to come and fix it. When it was working, the water was brown and dirty. We were told to use the public showers outside which were worse! Staff were rude and not welcoming Mould on the ceiling We dreaded going back to the room on an evening

After 8 months travelling I can say this was THE WORST HOSTEL where I have ever been. Everything was broken and dirty! But really everything! During hours the water was not working. They told us, that the tank was finished, but the next day in the morning it was not working again! If you have a hostel with a lot of people... How is it possible that you let your tank finish 2 times in a while? The wifi was working only in the Reception. Also: not wifi in the rooms. The rooms, the toilets, the showers... Everything dirty. There were cockroaches in the showers. The drain wouldn't empty and it was disgusting because a puddle of hair and dirt would quickly form on the floor. And thousands thinghs else. Horrible

People screaming in the hallway during the early hours of the morning and night, others banging on the door looking for the bathroom, cockroaches in the room, smelly bedding, damp on the ceiling, and no Wi-Fi during one of the three days I was there. I do not recommend this accommodation to anyone, I only chose it because it had a private room with air conditioning, but under any other circumstances I would never stay there.

I stayed only 1 night cause I didn’t have a choice. The stuff is friendly, but nothing else besides that

There’s no internet connection in the shared rooms and there’s no locker and no toilet paper

Nothing. I was shocked seeing something like this. I never seen such a poor state facilities. I cannot see that people should be allowed to stay there. Showers with no locks, toilets with no lights . The general state is would be right to describe as a shelter somewhere outside of civilisation.

I think there are some serious health and safety issues

The personell is really friendly and want to help! They also have a tuktuk service to town square. The hostel has a nice common area with wifi.

There was no water in the swimming pool and the room is basic (thin matresses, dirty water, mold in the ceiling, no A/C). However, if you don’t want luxery, this a good cheap option.
