Хозяин квартиры Давид всё время был на связи, встретил нас возле дома и организовал стоянку для машины . Дом новый, находится в пяти минутах от центра, всё в пешей доступности .Квартира на 4 этаже , есть лифт. В квартире есть абсолютно всё, что нужно для проживания. Все отличного качества и в рабочем состоянии . Большая и удобная кровать в спальне и удобный раскладывающийся диван в гостиной. У нас не возникло никаких проблем. Однозначно рекомендую для семьи из 3-4 человек. Спасибо, Давид!

Отличное месторасположение, в пяти минутах от центра. Хозяин встретил, отдал ключи, всё показал, спасибо) В апартаментах есть всё что нужно: утюг, стиральная машинка, столовые приборы, даже вафельница-кому актуально)

Не работал чайник) Но это не критично, потому что можно воспользоваться газовой плитой)

The Host met us at 9PM, arranged a free safe parking directly near the building. The apartment is excellent, in the city center. Everything needed is there (washing machine, etc.). We're travelling with a 3mo kid and needed a quiet nice apartment to stay overnight - and everything went as expected. I highly recommend this place, it's worth it if you are visiting Kutaisi and need a really nice place to stay for a few days. Nice big newly renovated apartment in a new building with a balcony. This stay is definitely worth the money.

Une vraie pépite à Koutaïssi ! Nous avons passé de superbes vacances au D-S Apartament. Lits très confortables, matelas top, petite rue calme à seulement 150 m du plein centre. Climatisation dans chaque pièce, mais l’appartement reste agréable et frais même sans. Et en vrai, c’est encore plus beau que sur les photos ! Il y a tout ce qu’il faut : cuisine avec tout le nécessaire, propreté impeccable, Wi-Fi rapide, joli balcon avec vue sur la ville. Et surtout… le propriétaire est juste formidable ! Toujours souriant et prêt à aider, il organise lui-même des excursions vers différentes destinations touristiques et nous a accompagnés dans de magnifiques endroits choisis spécialement selon nos envies. Il peut aussi organiser la navette depuis l’aéroport ou la location d’une voiture. Grâce à lui, nous avons découvert d’excellents restaurants — cuisine délicieuse, authentique et vraiment bon marché. L’emplacement est idéal : tout est à proximité et on peut tout faire à pied — Fontaine de Colchis, cathédrale de Bagrati, centre animé — tout en profitant du calme. Merci pour cet accueil chaleureux ! Nous reviendrons à coup sûr et nous recommandons à 100 % à tous ceux qui veulent découvrir Koutaïssi dans les meilleures conditions.
