Everything was great

The place is great: clean, well located, exceptionally equipped (the washing machine was usuful). Our host was SO SO accommodating and we are grateful for assisting us: strong recommendation here !!!

Had to contact host to hand back the keys, not a major issue but if you are on a rush you'll have to plan ahead: I am sure nothing that cannot be helped with by the host.

A very good apartment, with very kind owners. The apartment is extremely clean, well equipped and looks even better than on pictures. Recommend to everybody

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the D-S Apartment in Kutaisi, and I can’t recommend it enough! The apartment is incredibly clean and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. It feels newly furnished and is equipped with everything you might need during your visit. One of the highlights is its fantastic location—it’s just a short walk to downtown, which made it easy to explore the local attractions, restaurants, and shops. Additionally, the owner is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my stay was as enjoyable as possible. Overall, I highly advise anyone visiting Kutaisi to consider staying at D-S Apartment. You won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful apartment right in the center of Kutaisi with parking directly in front of the building. New, modernly furnished, comfortable, extremely spacious, perfectly equipped. Super comfy beds and there is also washing machine. Communication with the owner is very easy. I definitely recommend it, it is one of the best accommodations we had during our 2-week trip to Georgia, and I would definitely stay again. Nearby lot of restaurants and bars, shops....very centrally located but still quiet during the night.

Nothing is worth it

The owner is not trustworthy. He accused us of breaking part of the kitchen table and also advised us to park the car and unfortunately there was a ticket on the car window in the morning. And one more thing the bed mattress is not comfortable at all

Very clean, beautiful, gleaming, newly renovated apartment close to the city center. The owner kindly accommodated our late arrival and early departure times. He even drove me to a store that was open late so that we could buy some laundry detergent and breakfast food.
