D-S Apartament in Kutaisi

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this apartment, and Mr. David, the owner and host, was incredibly kind and accommodating. He even took us on a fantastic sightseeing tour, which we greatly appreciated. "Madloba" to you, Mr. David – thank you! We booked the apartment for the 8th and 9th of July 2023, and we couldn't have asked for a better location. The balcony provided a lovely view, and it was conveniently within walking distance to the city center. The apartment itself was impressive – it felt brand new and was spotlessly clean, both inside and out. The kitchen facilities were complete, and the quality furniture and tasteful interior design added to the overall comfort. We were also pleased with the reliable Wifi access. Upon our arrival at the airport, Mr. David warmly welcomed us and made the check-in and check-out process smooth and straightforward. We highly recommend this apartment to families and couples seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our overall experience was excellent, and we truly cherished the memories of Mr. David's tour. The highlight was when he took us to a beautiful farmhouse where we delighted in a variety of fruits such as plums, grapes, avocados, figs, kiwi, walnuts, hazelnuts and more, surrounded by colorful flowers. Additionally, he guided us to explore fascinating caves, cannons, and other captivating sights during the tour. We are thankful for Mr. David and his wonderful apartment. It made our vacation truly memorable. Thank you once again!

I stayed in Kutaisi for the 3d time, and this apartment is the best. Almost in city center, absolutely new (like everything inside it), you have everything you need for comfortable stay. And the main - David is amazing host. He is very responsive, was in touch all the time, helped with everything. Definitely will stay there again.

Excellent location, neat, clean, and spacious with well-thought of facilities . There are also spare tissues, pillows and linens. You can get some nice fresh air from the balcony too. Location is perfect, you will find restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, money exchange, SIM card purchase or recharge, etc within a 2-5minute walk. Colchis fountain is just about 5mins walk (or less). Host, David, is also very knowledgeable about the culture and history. He suggested good places to go for sightseeing. He can also drive you around for local tours or transfers for a very reasonable price. He's thoughtful and is glad to show you around and point out places of interest. Highly recommend apartment, will surely stay again when we come back to Kutaisi.

We were very happy to stay in the apartment. The apartment is new, clean, well-kept. All equipment is new and nothing is missing. The location is perfect, right in the center next to restaurants. The owner is very helpful and nice. He patiently answered all our questions before and during our arrival 😊

Excellent apartments with good location (located near the river), extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly owner. Would definetely recommend this apartments to everybody!
