D-S Apartament in Kutaisi

Nice and clean facility. Right in the centre, everything was nearby. The host was very welcoming. All basic amenities were available in the apartment, including elevators which is normally difficult to find in apartments in Kutaisi.

Only one AC in the living/dining room. The main bedroom didn’t have an AC. But the weather was nice so didn’t affect us much.

Second time , I stayed in this apartment, Everything is perfect, a big plus the owner who offer a lot of services.

There is no something negative.

Everything is exactly like photos, spacy, clean , very hot. A really good choice to stay, have everything anyone wants.

There is nothing that I don't like.

Very welcoming host

Nice and fully-furnished modern apartment with all amenities. The airconditioning worked well and was crucial to our enjoyment of the propoerty. The host is very responsive, service-minded, and pleasant to interact with. He is well-equipped with knowledge of the local and regional possbilities, also away from the usual and better known tourist attractions. The host provided invaluable organizational support that created unique experiences for my family and me.

Nothing - one of the best experiences with renting an apartment in recent years!
