Please inform Suite Deluxe at Icon City in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of MYR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

It was our first time in Malaysia and it was a really nice stay. This beauty comes from the quality and sincerity of the landlord's house. First of all, the quality of the house is impeccable, we have booked houses before, but we have not booked a house that is exactly the same as the photos, or even more beautiful than the photos. The house is really exquisite, the decoration is very thoughtful, and the appliances are very complete. Moreover, the landlord was very patient and kind, because my English was not good, he also talked to us slowly, although I could only break out a few English words, I was still trying to understand what I was saying (this article was written in a translator). It also takes us around to familiarize ourselves with the environment. I really appreciate it. And the landlord would reply every 24 hours if there was a problem, which was very thoughtful and considerate. Originally, I felt strange going abroad for the first time, but I felt very warm because of them. And the 711 and kk stores downstairs are very convenient for me. Kitchen utensils, vacuum cleaners, hairdryers everything. I think it's been a wonderful journey, thank you for the journey. To everyone who wants to enjoy life in Malaysia.

Would be good to add some hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels or clothes. It's not a big deal, but would certainly add value.

Absolutely lovely apartment with beautiful furnishings. It was like living in a holiday home!

Location is not walking distance to many places but taking a ride to the nearby shopping complex (SunWay pyramid) is just 15 mins away
