Close to city centre home

Loved how comfy the beds where and how you felt like you were at a home from home kinda feeling we would defo come back :) and plan too and the bus is so close to the house

Great location. Lots of shops and amenities around the place

Back garden locked with big lock and could do with an electric heater on cold winter nights

The location was great with excellent transport links to the city. It was really quiet at night time. Beds were clean and comfortable and towels were big and fluffy. Tom was excellent at communicating and answering our queries. Good shower

The property is in need of repairs and upgrades.

Loved the open fire in the evening.

Reasonably priced for a whole house. Cosy living room. Well equipped kitchen. Close to shops so you could pop out for ingredients. Bus stop a few minutes from the house. Could get into the centre of Belfast in 15 minutes. Host answered our queries.

The house is let down by some easily fixable DIY jobs. Such as kitchen doors off their hinges and curtains with fixings missing. There is a strong smell of oil coming from the back yard into the kitchen and living room. Not sure why the door has been taken off between the kitchen and living room as a door would keep the fumes from spreading and keep in the warmth. It was a shame that the host hadn't left materials for making at least one fire. These are always provided in similar properties with a fireplace I have stayed in . We were looking forward to it having read a review where someone remarked about the open fire. It would also be helpful if the host had a folder with instructions on how to use the hob and coffee machine. I can see from past reviews that he listens and improves things. It is a place we would use again as it totally suited our needs. Just needs a few tweaks.

Absolutely nothing, owner is the most horrible person alive on Earth

Absolutely everything, especially the guy who owns the property. Booked the accommodation a week in advance because I was working at a place close to the house. Got a message an hour before I was going to arrive saying I couldn’t stay because there was ‘water damage from the storm’. Just the biggest pile of lies because they had no evidence to back up these claims and the storm was 2 weeks ago hahaha. I believe they just got an offer for more money because there was two rooms and I was only staying in the property myself, so they decided to cancel my booking. The guy was so unhelpful and really really ignorant, do not book this property if you want your plans ruined last minute. There is a place in hell for guys like him.

There is nothing to like about this property or Host - DO NOT STAY HERE

The host moved us to another property on the day we were arriving. The property they moved us to was HORRIBLE. The furniture was dirty, the floors were dirty, the bed linen felt like it was 10 years old, we couldn't get the hot water to work. There is nothing to like about this property or it's location. DO NOT STAY HERE. We were supposed to stay two nights and left after the first night. The host would not reply to messages and would not refund one nights stay. The host should be banned from Booking.com, he has three properties and if the one we stayed in is an example of the other properties - then don't stay in any of his properties. He told us he was putting us in a better and more expensive house at no extra charge. The place was a hovel!!!!!!!!!!
