It’s absolutely gorgeous. Beautifully furnished, had everything we needed, comfortable beds, and most of all the amazing location. Right by the beach and the lanes. But still quiet at night. And Chris very responsive to queries.

The Coach House is exactly what it declares itself- a luxury private getaway in Brighton. The location is perfect, in the Lanes, with all they have to offer nearby. The house is very spacious, absolutely clean and very tastefully decorated in many details. The bedrooms are on two floors, there is well equipped kitchen but the best of all is the large living room. The private parking is an additional luxury in Brighton. Our host was very friendly, helpful and always responsive. Thanks again for the good time we had in Brighton!

We had a great 5-night stay at The Coach House. The property is clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The living room is particularly amazing, with a cosy atmosphere that makes it a perfect spot to relax after a day out. The location is ideal, with the beach and pier within walking distance. The gated entrance adds an extra layer of security. The bedrooms are comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the fast internet was a nice touch for staying connected during our trip.

While we enjoyed our stay, a few areas could be improved. The lack of a toilet on the first floor meant we had to either go up or down a floor, which was a bit inconvenient, especially when being in the living room. The kitchen being on the lower level also made it a bit tricky to carry food and drinks up and down. We recommend providing more dishwasher tablets and washing machine pods, along with clearer instructions on using the washing machine. Also, a mirror downstairs on the way out would be helpful.

We loved everything about this property: very modern, elegant and spacious, equipped with everything a family could want during a holiday/ business trip. Excelent location (a few min walk to the pier and city center), yet tucked away from the noise of the road ensuring privacy and safety. Entrance and parking secured by an electric gate. The host has promptly answered all our questions, was helpful and flexible to our additional requests; he made us feel welcome and well looked after.

The access to the Lanes is unparalleled. This is a high spec property that has clearly been carefully curated.

I’m not a fan of washer/dryers as I don’t think the steam dry functionality works. That said I was able to wash our clothes which was great.

Location and parking space was an amazing bonus. The property was fantastic, clean modern all mod cons and the owner was very communicative and happy to help in any way possible.
