The Coach House - Traveller Award 2026 - A stunning three-storey property nestled in the heart of the lanes complete with secure private parking

Great location with a short walk to the Lanes with lots of restaurants and bars. Finished to a modern very high standard we absolutely loved this house. Very comfortable beds and furnishings . Robes and slippers were a wonderful touch .

We felt the only downside was how light the bedrooms were by the early hours of the morning. Maybe blackout blinds would be an idea.

The property was only 2 mins away from the seafront, 5mins away from the Brighton conference centre and 5 mins walk away from lovely restaurants and pubs. The property was spacious, modern and clean.

where do I start??? ... everything!!! from the location of the property to the quality of bedding and bathroom products ... and everything in-between. the house is perfectly situated to all the best restaurants and bars (not that we went to the bars ... traveled with our two daughters). The pier was a short 5-10 min stroll away. The lanes were just around the corner (we spent far too much on shopping!!!) . The house itself was 10/10. Rooms clean, kitchen well equipped, bedrooms beautiful and living space was open and warm. we will 100% return ... just hope we can get a booking!!! highly recommended

The Coach House is a fabulous place and the location is amazing in the centre of Brighton near all the attractions and a minute from the seafront. We stayed with two members of the family and two friends and we all loved it. We were there for the marathon as my husband was running. The house is very well designed and decorated to a very high level and also very comfortable and good to relax in. Excellent kitchen facilities and great bathrooms. Beds were superb. There were bathrobes and slippers too. The level of detail and the technology was excellent. It was so useful to have one private parking space too. The other car was parked a short walk away in a pre booked car park space. Chris communicated really well and was very helpful. A five star stay and we hope to return in the future.

Fantastic property in a great location. 2 mins from the seafront and 2 mins from the shops, pubs and restaurant’s. Property was beautifully presented and the parking space was a real bonus too.

The property is beautiful and I would describe it as luxury which is reflected in the price but definitely worth it. It is somewhere that you want to spend time in so perfect if you are wanting to have a special weekend away somewhere really nice with friends. We particularly liked the added touches such as the bathrobes as this added to the feeling of being somewhere special. It is also in the perfect location for exploring Brighton as it is close to all of the main attractions and has the added bonus of a designated parking space. The communication from Chris was perfect from our request to have all of the beds made up as singles to really clear instructions on entry and parking. I will be recommending this property to friends.

The photos didn't do the house justice. It is in a wonderful position, close to the sea but tucked away. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed soaking in the wonderful bath in the top bathroom.
