The place is fascinating to explore, and like stepping into a spy movie.

I found it off-putting that the café's cutesy name is based on that of a dictator, and the rooms (though fine) were a bit of a disappointment after how glamorous the rest of the hotel felt.

Pretty much everything! They do elegance well here.

Breakfast should be included for the price. A luxury experience hotel really should feed its guests. It would feel more like being hosted.

Location is excellent, so many restaurants and pharmacies around. Staffs are so friendly and nice, they have mailbox in the lobby if you are sending postcards. Room is special and clean!
