Angenehme Atmosphäre, sehr schöne historische Lobby, großes Zimmer, sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, günstige, zentrale Lage in der Stadt um sowohl die Altstadt mit Zocolo als auch andere interessante Stadtteile, Museen und Parks zu erreichen.

"Style but no substance"

I loved the decor of the venue and how it was so easy to walk around to places

I found the staff very unhelpful! We had an awful time dealing with our lost baggage! And the hotel staff were not helpful, we understand completely that it had nothing to do with them at all! But when we asked for advice or to help with contacting the airport they didn’t at all except laugh!! The hotel is also near a busy strip of clubs! And omg 2 nights in a row at 3/4am a man can on a mic in started rapping and the whole street was going insane! When we asked if there was an event or something happening they just said this happens every weekend! Ear plugs didn’t even help
