Too dirty

Good hospitality service, the service was so good, perfect Hotel, the Club was so big.

The service was excellent – staff were courteous and very helpful throughout the stay. The in-house restaurant deserves a special mention for its delicious food and good variety.

I recently stayed at the hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was warm and friendly, the room was clean and well-appointed, and the hotel's location was also convenient

The area around is nice, mainly walking streets so quieter. A lot more relaxed than other areas in Delhi. As a solo female felt safe walking around and didn’t have unwanted attention.

I was first given a room which was up 4 flights of steps, it was dirty, stunk like cigarettes and had noisy aircon. I wanted to move to a different hotel but they wouldn’t give my money back. They said I could change rooms, the next room stunk so badly of urine, and I got really itchy from the bed sheets and couldn’t sleep. I had to get an early morning taxi, cars can’t drive in this area so I had to walk a few minutes to a point to get a taxi. It felt safe to walk apart from the dogs, I had a dog barking and following me. As a solo female traveller I wouldn’t recommend. It is very over priced, I paid less than half the amount they charged to stay in dorms at hostels that were much better.
