Mauryan Express Hotel Hauz Khas Fort

The location is good, Hauz Khas is a safe district, the park nearby is amazing, there are good cafés & restaurants around. The staff is okay…the rooms, well they are not dirty neater clean 😅 but old, rusty, dingy…our bedsheets weren’t the cleanest…We slept on our scarfs and sleeping bags instead. If you are an experienced backpacker on budget then you can survive here otherwise I highly recommend to choose another stay. Namaste 🙏

I had a very very BAD experience with PREMIUM VILLA GROUP OF HOTELS. When I came to know that this is a part of same group I really felt sad. I really wanted to cancel my reservation but still I thought to give a try and requested to convert my 11 days booking to 1 day as I will get an idea of hotel ( as I was travelling for work so no option left) . But when I met Receptionist By the Name RISHI ROY at Hauz khas villa. He really put his Best Foot front. He makes sure about each and every guest and provide Best Possible Service. He is the BEST BEST EMPLOYEE. Though I wanted to stay only 1 day but because of Mr Rishi Roy and his 7 Star outstanding service, I completed my 11 days stay in this hotel. I must say that premium villa group of hotels must Learn how to give service to the Guest form Mr Rishi Roy. All the Guests to whom I met during my stay was Praising of Mr Roy service Thank you Rishi Roy, Thank you so much
