Rug hazard in bedroom tripped twice

Would be excellent if it had a laundry facility but otherwise it was perfect for what we needed.

Flat cold on arrival. Bad lighting in kitchen, very few utensils. No peeler or ice tray, very few knives, no prep bowls. Extractor fan didn’t work. Glass kept falling out. Light needed to work to cook. I had to use bedroom spotlight. Hob never hot enough to boil veg or eggs, ages to cook anything. Bathroom cold, nowhere to hang towels, nowhere for soap or shampoo in shower Mattress springs noticeable so not very comfortable. Privacy not good in bedroom. Needs net. Conservatory looks into bedroom. Dangerous metal sticking out of floor In previous reviews most of the above were mentioned but not acted upon. So many of these could have been sorted ages ago. Such a shame as it’s a great area and place, let down by lack of interest by staff.

lady owner did not introduce herself hen we saw her, and her dogs attacked our dog, lighting in lounge bad, not enough kitchen equipment, t.v. in bedroom only so had to sit up on bed to watch it, bed very uncomfortable
