The mattress, it wasnt very supportive you could feel the springs, personally i think comfort of sleep is very important as it sets you up for the day.

One window in the bedroom was overlooked by the adjacent apart ent conservatory. Nets would have provided privacy.
GBGreat location we were at colehayes park for a wedding. Lovely little kitchen with a little futon. Very quiet location lovely gardens.
There was some sort of heating device on the wall that made a clicking noise and kept us awake.
