"A really lovely, well maintained apartment in a location convenient for Fistral beach"

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The beds were comfy and the car parking space was very useful

It would be better if recycling were available in the bin store / collection, but this is not something that is within the control of the apartment's owners

"Everything you need"

Beautifully clean and tidy, equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Clear instructions from the host, easy access - great to get a message that the flat was ready a few hours before check in. parking was perfect. Bedding and towels were good quality, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid left by host small things that make a difference ! A wonderful base for a few family nights in Fistral.

"Great New Year getaway"

The biscuits and milk following an 8 hour journey were very much appreciated. The owners' communication from start to finish was brilliant and extremely helpful. The apartment was one of the best equipped holiday rentals we have been to. Fabulous location as a nice walk into town and on Fistral beach which our dog loved. Everything was clean and worked as it should. We would definitely stay again if venturing back to Newquay. Just a tip - we went to the Two Clomes pub on new year's day and the food was excellent.

The only criticism was the mattress on the double bed but beds are difficult to suit everyone.

The flat was very clean, perfect location and very lovely. The owners are very polite and professional and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The flat had everything you needed and was very clean and nicely presented. The area is perfect and very close to fistral beach.

"Perfect accommodation for a family of 3 to enjoy Newquay and in particular Fistral Beach."

The property was clean, well located and perfect for a family holiday in Cornwall. Short walk to Fistral Beach which has so much for everyone.

Minor point but bathroom fan needs attention.
