Lovely 2 Bedroom flat moments from Fistral Newquay

The apartment is lovely. very bright and clean and comfortable with everything you could want in there. great location too just 5/10 minutes walk to the beach. Comfortable lounge and really well kitted out kitchen. It has 2 big bedrooms 1 ensuite with big shower and a family bathroom. Hall is quite big and can be closed off by all the doors which was perfect for our dogs overnight. Would definitely recommend.

Well equipped and clean. great location and dog friendly.

A comfortable place, clean and tidy with all the elements needed for a stay at the coast, plus some really thoughtful extras like milk in the fridge and a reading book and umbrella! Great to have 2 bathrooms and the designated parking space was good to have. Wonderful to be able to bring our little dog and to explore Pentire, with the lovely dog friendly beach within a 10min walk. Really good to stay near Newquay to indulge the kids but out of town, which we adults preferred! There was a very sweet little box in the communal area of the apartments/car park called a beach library-buckets and spades to borrow. Travelling with a 2 year old with a mission for the beach, the distance was admittedly a bit of a stretch, but we managed slowly. We could have driven and parked closer but opted not to. The beach is so worth it though, with rock pools that are perfect swimming pools for little people, good sandcastle making sand and lovely surf for older kids!

The extractor fan in the en-suite gives a bit of a bang as it switches off. Not really a problem but good to know about to avoid concern! Outside of the apartment’s control but there was a bit of construction noise during our visit… Not awful and just the reality of a developing area. The property itself was great though.
