Minimal outside space
GBGood location just a 10 minute walk into centre of Llangollen. Ideal size for our party of three (2 ad/1ch). Everything we needed in kitchen etc and towels and bed linen provided, shower nice and hot.
Decor would benefit from a bit of updating (which owner says he is process of doing) beds ok but mattresses could do with upgrade. Busy road outside but it didn’t keep us awake.

Was grubby. I understood that it was a little tired but was very grubby, there was a half full coffee cup in the sink and the spiral staircase was dangerous. Not secured properly at the top and very wobbly
GBGood base for exploring the area. Not the most modern facilities but there was everything needed to self-cater. Pretty good WiFi with an Amazon Firestick for the TV.
A strong musty smell.
