Comfort Inn & Suites

It was a (okay) property. It wasn’t dirty but wasn’t fancy at all either. I would have gave it a much better review if it wasn’t for the price. It was not worth the price to stay here. My kids had fun at the water park but the water was somewhat cold and it’s very small. Everything is very outdated and the shower is stained along with the carpet. It was clean but very outdated. This would be worth $100 a night but not what we payed which was way more then $100. Breakfast was meh and the coffee was awful and watered down. I had to go next door to the gas station for coffee. We felt safe though and the staff is very friendly. About a 18 min easy drive to st Joseph which was nice. Again I wouldn’t pay over $100 to stay here again.

-Staff not friendly or accommodating for something as simple as additional shampoo -unclean linens w stains -Toilet over-flowed -Hotel phone not even plugged in

It was near restaurants and gas stations.

Our bathroom door was broken, it was scraping floor and hard to open and close. There was no microwave or ice bucket in the room. You had to go heat up food on the first floor in the breakfast area.

Close to home.

I didn’t like that u had to pay for pool even though u paid for a room. I didn’t like that my sheets didn’t look clean. I didn’t like that the guy staff didn’t want to take cash because his “ drawer” was messed up and he normally doesn’t ever take cash. So that tells me he’s lazy. And I called the morning of check in and was told they take cash.

The breakfast was good. Lots of choices hot and cold. Biscuits & gravy, sausage and bacon, scrambled eggs.Fresh fruit, muffins cereal, Something for everyone. The breakfast was COMPLEMENTRY! (Somewhat hard to find now a days)

The elevator was noisy!
