The location was good for the wedding we went to. The breakfast was not good and no one cleaned the dining area so it was filthy.

Cleaner, the room was ok. The value for how much we paid was not good. Very expensive and you did not get a lot.

"Disappointing for Marriott."

We chose this hotel for the proximity to family. It was the closest one available.

The front desk person was not very knowledgeable about how to check us in on the computer. The shower in our room was not clean, and it didn't drain. The phone didn't work. Only one lock on the window would lock. There was no microwave,

Some of the staff was helpful. They did end up giving us a discount due to the pool and Waterpark being closed. But the facility is in terrible shape. Dirty. Broken items everywhere. Needs a remodel. Needs pest control extremely.
