Everything was really good

The guest house was closed. I paid for 1 night but they didn't responded. The phone number doesn't exist. So you can not call them.

I not recommend this place. The owners not responded and the phone number doesn't exist. Was waiting there 2h and they didn't opened the door. Please be careful and if you don't want to loose your money than don't book this place.

The room was pleasant,clean and comfortable. Only had room not breakfast . See dislikes but after the unfortunate start, it was fine

When I arrived there was no one there. Phoned and had to manage small key box in the dark. Fortunately taxi driver had waited with me and did it for me. 2nd flight of stairs was behind a door and I couldn’t find light switch. No milk so couldn’t have a drink. Coffee machine but no instructions how to use it.

when i arrived nobody answered the door after knocking and ringing the doorbell until i messaged through the app, was shown up to the room and told he couldn't find the key it must be with his brother, i told them I'm here to work nights and will sleep through the day how will i be able to get in at 6.30am, he told me the door will be open, it was not. They wouldn't even tell me what the code for the lockbox that was on the door where the key normally is. luckily I didn't leave anything behind because there were no locks leading to the booking.com area of the house. When i returned at 6.30 the door was locked and the house was quiet, noone answered knocks and rings of the door nor did I have a response through the booking.com messages, I just needed to sleep after a 14 hour shift at work and was forced to travel to the nearest PremierInn and pay £170 for a room, I wasn't happy with the experience but they wouldn't even offer me a refund, I ended up driving 4 hours a day to get to and from work that week because I couldn't afford more accomodation in the budget.
