Slow service, expensive for the price and services provided. Staff is illiterate. The Manager is very lazy. I was served cold breakfast

We prepaid for breakfast, lunch and dinner but were initially denied upon arrival..then when it was accepted we were only allowed to eat what was chosen for us not what we wanted to eat.
