Room was decent

It had no smoking room, n they mentioned that if you wish to smoke you’ll be charged 500 penalty however they charged 1k per night

Staff was very helpful and polite

No instructions on how to use locker in the room & no hair dryer in the room.

It was not too far from the airport

They were not allowing my mum to visit upstairs initially for a room me and my dad booked. We had to kill a cockroach They don’t clean underneath the bed, i dropped something under neath and there was lots of dust. The systems are not great. I checked into this hotel when I first arrived because I knew I’d be returning here a few days later for a wedding. The checking in process took 1 hour both times. Even though, I had checked in a week earlier. The breakfast options were basic and no changes over the few days.

The breakfast was amazing ! Everyday different dishes, well prepared and fresh

The garbage thrown outside near the neighboring building was spoiling the show of the front entrance of the hotel .

Not at all happy with the service we received. The room wasn't clean and there was loud music playing from room next to us at 1 am. There were alot of mosquitoes in the room. The receptionist was very rude and wasn't helpful at all.
