The Piggery at Little Pig

This place is absolutely fantastic. Immaculately clean. Wonderfully fitted out and equipped. It is in a great location with easy access to local attractions and beaches. The farm shop next door provides a lovely breakfast. We had great communication from the owners before and during our stay and they are super friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend a stay here to anyone.

Nothing! It’s fantastic!

The pictures do not do the piggery justice, it is absolutely beautiful and the 2nd ensuite was a total surprise! the location, setting, and the feel of being home from home has made me looking at dates already for next year. The accommodation also allows dogs at an extra charge which was perfect for us as I found this hard to find when looking for places to stay. The breakfast and afternoon tea at the on site cafe were outstanding!, great value for money with friendly happy staff and the best homemade shortbread we have ever tasted! The kids also gave the milkshakes and smoothies a 10 out of 10 which coming from two teenagers says a lot! Emma was in frequent contact before our visit and was on hand with any question's that I had prior to our stay and whilst there. 5* from start to finish.

No full length mirror and lighting in bedrooms a little tricky when trying to get ready but I have to say this is a minor detail and not something that would stop me from booking again.

Perfect location adjacent to The Little Pig Farm Shop Cafe. 8mins from Sandymouth NT beach by car and easy short drive to Bude/Widemouth beaches. Shop open to 4pm, for a delicious cooked breakfast, Lunch and tea, but quiet in the eves. The Lodge is very well insulated and we didn't hear any noise from the car park or road. Very well fitted and very comfortable. Two bedrooms, large double and two singles both with their own ensuite shower rooms. We loved it and will be rebooking soon

No clothes washing/drying facilities or wetsuit outdoor shower. Did not affect us but may be a concern if have young sandy children and/or a muddy dog!

It was very quiet and away from everything but still only less than a 10 minute driver from the beach. Easily liveable, with amazing hosts. Nice to sit on the deck in the sun. An amazing place to call home for a week.

The oven door was broken, not unusable but a bit annoying. Hopefully will be fixed for the next people. That is literally my only complaint.

Beautiful property and location. It was absolutely pristine and had everything you could possibly need. The beds were soooo comfy and a lovely view. Farm shop and cafe also amazing on the door step. Would recommend to anyone that wants a peaceful get aaway.
