The property issues invoices to the guest upon request in a period between 30 and 60 days after check out. This is an ocean front building. The building has a common pool shared with other guests of the building you can use from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. We have guard at all night. There is massage tent on the beach. There is parking boats in front of the building, the beach isn't swimmable. The building is close to the club’s street, could be noisy. The beach is constantly changing, mostly it is small and sometimes with seaweed. Smoking in any room will incurr a fine of $200USD The elevator in the building has capacity for 2 people Notice for Last-Minute Bookings: For last-minute bookings, please note that we need an additional 2 hours for check-in, between 15:00 and 17:00, to ensure the unit is fully prepared for your stay. If you inquire before your check-in time and the unit is ready, we’ll be happy to accommodate an immediate check-in. If you’re arriving after 17:00, the unit will be ready for check-in right away. **Important notice** Maintenance work in the building from June 19 to 21, it can be noisy POOL MAINTENANCE: From May 25th to June 13th- Pool NOT available nor accesible for guestsPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
