Property Notes

The property issues invoices to the guest upon request in a period between 30 and 60 days after check out. This is an ocean front building. The building has a common pool shared with other guests of the building you can use from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. We have guard at all night. There is massage tent on the beach. There is parking boats in front of the building, the beach isn't swimmable. The building is close to the club’s street, could be noisy. The beach is constantly changing, mostly it is small and sometimes with seaweed. Smoking in any room will incurr a fine of $200USD The elevator in the building has capacity for 2 people Notice for Last-Minute Bookings: For last-minute bookings, please note that we need an additional 2 hours for check-in, between 15:00 and 17:00, to ensure the unit is fully prepared for your stay. If you inquire before your check-in time and the unit is ready, we’ll be happy to accommodate an immediate check-in. If you’re arriving after 17:00, the unit will be ready for check-in right away. **Important notice** Maintenance work in the building from June 19 to 21, it can be noisy POOL MAINTENANCE: From May 25th to June 13th- Pool NOT available nor accesible for guestsPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Exceptional"

Excellent location. Near Main Street (a block away) and The Beach. Clean, spacious. With a very nice kitchenette. Fits nicely a group of friends traveling to the beach for a few days of sun. Very helpful staff.

We enjoyed our stay. Hope to soon return.

"CONDOMINIO VIEJO, FOTOS NO SON REALES"

La ubicación es lo único que vale la pena, pero la publicidad es engañosa, hay fotos que no pertenecen al sitio. No tiene la alberca que aparece en foto que está frente al mar. Tiene una alberca vieja en medio del condominio. No vale la pena gastar

Se veía viejo, mal distribuido, no tiene ningún aislamiento del ruido, no tiene ni un camastro en la parte del pedacito de playa que tiene (no vale la pena esa playa) en fin, muy mal sitio. No te quedes, créeme

I loved this place, we had everything we needed for our stay, very clean.Great location, 1-2 blocks to bars, restaurants, convenience stores, etc. 2 streets from 5th Avenue (main street, shops, restaurants, bars, entertainment). Beach front, massages by the beach (additional charge), very safe, doorman/security very helpful and attentive.

Nos encantó! El departamento es amplio, todo está excelente y la atención de Alex es buenisima. Esta super bien ubicado a la vuelta de la 5a avenida y los antros, pero en las noches no se escucha el ruido de la calle. Super recomendado!

I disliked the unpleasant smell outside the hotel. The photos do not resemble the hotel’s actual appearance. The pool is unclean, and there is no terrace.

"Exceptional"

Huge one bedroom, excellent location, everything worked. Big kitchen with everything you might need. The only problem for me was the loud music at night. Alex the manager was extremely helpful and nice!

I loved how fast the response was once I booked. It gave detailed instructions on how to enter the unit which was perfect for my situation. Also, the host Alex was very friendly via WhatsApp and would respond to messages as soon as he could.

Not that I didn't like it, but it could be a disappointment for some. The hotel is located on the waterfront where boats are tied up or docked. Not the beach, but the beach is only a very short walk away.

We loved everything about the property! Location - I knew it was close to the main streets but I had no idea it was that close. The clubs are literally around the corner. Walking streets in heels? Not the best so the location was great for us. The stay is clean, has all amenities and AC works in entire unit. Complex is secure, also Alex and staff very attentive and nice.

I was not prepared to see a massage hut/business literally right in front of the balcony. It’s not overlooking down, it’s literally right in front and uncomfortable if you want to use the back. It also blocks the view of the ocean. Would have been nice to know.
