La ubicación y el personal de recepción

Diría que hay publicidad engañosa, la edificación está mal cuidada, la habitación tiene muchas fallas, no ha mucha agua caliente, hay telarañas en la habitación y en los pasillos, los interruptores está salida, el conector de la secadora de cabello está circuitado, el desayuno es muy malo, hubo que pedir shampo porque no había en la habitación. Me cobraron dos veces una misma persona.

Mucho ruido , mis padres son adultos mayores y había mucho ruido de lqs habitaciones cercanas de niños que golpeaban las puertas
