The apartment is spacious and comfortable. There were some things missing, like a coffee table or side tables, and not having tea towels or oven mits provided made getting anything out of the oven very difficult. However, we were provided other missing items very quickly. The check in process needs some work, there is no reception so you get an email the day you check in with a link to pay. This didn't feel secure and I wasn't happy having to process payment this way.
This is a person-free check-in. there are no staff on site. if you miss the email inviting you to check in online, you can't - and have to chase by phone to get another email with a payment link. Then chase again to get the door codes, etc to get in, use the lift, etc. More like a youth custody centre than a hotel. Avoid.
