Encantador ático en el centro de Madrid by beBalmy

El atico es un verdadero congelador en diciembre. Mucho moho en la ventanas de la cama y el baño. Cuarta planta sin ascensor y hay que meterte en la cama con mucha ropa para aguantar el calor. I really don't recomend it. Very cold and mouldy.

Nice property

The location of the apartment was excellent—very central and convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, the kitchen was well-equipped and nicely maintained, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy a comfortable stay in that regard. All in all a cute little apartment.

There were several significant drawbacks. There was black mold in the bathroom and near the sleeping area by the windows, which is concerning for one’s health. The staircase was extremely difficult to climb, though we recognize that was our oversight for not checking beforehand. Accessing the apartment was also frustrating—the key system did not work well, and the neighbors were not very patient. The sleeping area had very little space, and it was almost impossible to get in and out of bed without hitting your head. Communication with the hosts was also stressful; they messaged us at least twice a day, only in Spanish, and refused to provide translations. Overall, the apartment felt overpriced for what it offered and even posed potential health risks.
