The facilities are good, room was nice.

There is no specific view or activities to do. Food was good but the portion quantity was smaller than usual. Also the staff in the restaurant were not so friendly.

"2nd stay experience at The Fern Igatpuri"

Comfort, luxury, cleanliness, variety of food & the location.

Wait time for food was terrible. Variety of options for breakfast were not as per standard. Staff seem very untrained and have extremely poor knowledge of rules or basics of how to help customers.

"“Perfect Getaway at Rakabi The Fern”"

Had a wonderful experience , The location is perfect with peaceful surroundings and beautiful views. The atmosphere is calm and refreshing. Rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Great value for money. Noise levels were minimal, making the stay relaxing. Service was prompt and courteous, and the amenities were well-maintained. Overall, a delightful stay—highly recommended!
