The property is clean, new and beautiful. The view from our room was breathtaking. The rooms are tastefully designed, decorated and maintained. The restaurants at the hotel serve delicious food. The hotel is 200 mts from Camel view point and about 1 KM away from the nearest Starbucks. The Mumbai expressway’s entry/exit point is only 1 KM from the hotel, which makes it super convenient. Would love to return! My stay was so relaxing!

There was a family (other guests) who allowed their three y/o child to scream in the lobby all day, every day, throughout our entire stay. Unfortunately, the hotel’s design makes it nearly impossible to escape the noise from the lobby, even in the supposed comfort of our fifth-floor room. In a situation like this, the staff should take responsibility for maintaining decorum, but they failed to address the disturbance caused by the child.

Hotel was having nice ambience... Food was delicious.... Staff was very helpful and took care of our comfort too.. Kids loved spending time in pool and game zone....

No valet parking, No internal route to resturant which is outside.

Fern is a four star property but very sad to mention that they don't have vallet parking facility....guest has to park his car on his own in the campus of hotel n he himself has to find the parking....this is totally not acceptable... please change this
