We had the best staycation experience here, with such relaxing atmosphere, luxurious room setup with our personal couple’s bathtub, greenest of views from our window, and not to forget the heartwarming hospitality. Special mention has to be made for Chef Rajesh, Avinash and Divya from restaurant management, who attended to us personally at every meal, taking notes of our preferences and requirements to go out of their way to provide an exemplary dining experience throughout. Room service was commendable too. Hats off to the entire Fern Rakabi team for putting forth such spectacular hospitality for its guests. The amenities were so well maintained, the pool was absolutely delightful with complimentary pool towels provided by the hotel and the games room was quite elaborately setup too, with endless options to entertain kids as well as adults, like jumbo jenga, foosball, air hockey, ping pong, feed the clown, carrom and so much more! One wouldnt even feel like leaving the hotel to go out, we were so thoroughly entertained for 4 days. Their spa service was refreshing at such professional standards, very well priced for the service provided, relaxation and pampering to its best. Activities like the Camel Valley Bird Aviary open for outsiders at a ticket price of rs350 pp, the Dhammagiru Vipasana monastery, the igatpuri dam and lake, the Igatpuri market are some notable attractions, also just 5 mins away from the hotel. I know for a fact anytime im looking for a getaway from hustle bustle of mumbai life, im escaping to green haven for an out of the world rejuvenating experience that resets my mind body and soul to deal with life again. Thank you to everyone from the hotel who made this stay so memorable for us. Dont think twice, just book this place for your next staycation and experience luxury and comfort in the lap of nature.

Stayed at Rakabi The Fern, Igatpuri for a couple of nights during the monsoon to explore Igatpuri and Malshej. Although my original plan was to opt for a resort, I am glad I chose this hotel instead. Its location is very convenient—right along NH160. The rooms were spacious and spotless, easily accommodating three adults. Despite being around five years old, the property is very well maintained and feels almost brand new. I enjoyed watching the steady flow of vehicles while it rained outside from my highway facing room on 5th floor which didn't have any disturbance despite the highway being busy. Both the buffet breakfast and dinner offered a wide range of delicious options, catering to different tastes. In spite of the heavy rains, DTH continued to to work and could see the India vs Pakistan Asia Cup final :) The standout feature was the staff—they were unfailingly courteous and always happy to help, making the overall experience wonderful. Since Igatpuri receives heavy rainfall, only suggestion would be to have a covered car parking or a valet which will be more convenient for the guests. Still, considering most people visit to enjoy the monsoon, this is hardly a complaint!
