Had a wonderful stay at the hotel, thanks to the exceptional service of Shakuntala at the front desk. She was friendly, efficient, and made our stay comfortable. The hotel's amenities and cleanliness were also impressive. Highly recommend!

"Enjoyable stay"

Nice conviently located hotel in Igatpuri. Spacious well furnished room. Checkin check out process was smooth with well behaved reception staff special mention Ms Sakuntala. Food was good though dinner had limited variety for vegetarians. Restaurant staff are supportive and helpful. Overall excellent stay.

"The Fern, Igatpuri is like home"

We had an wonderful experience at The Fern Igatpuri. The all staffs are very supportive and good in communication, down to earth, we felt very comfortable. Sometimes I felt, I'm in a place where I know some people who will take care of us, not in hotel. I want to thanks... Shakuntala, Ganesh, Mahesh, Avinash, Zorini, Subhash, Sailesh, and Night securityman. I just want to say to The Fern and Team... Keep it up :)

"Perfect Monsoon Getaway in Igatpuri"

Our stay at the property in Igatpuri was truly exceptional. The food was delicious, and the service was warm and welcoming. "Strategically located and Excellent Hospitality with good food"

Location of the restaurant is good. Rooms are also spacious and the best part is their hospitality. Their veg restaurant 'Spicedella' is very good. I had a comfortable stay. Special thanks to Mr. Ganesh Mallick, Restaurant Manager and his team - Subhash, Manish, Divya and Sakaram for warm hospitality and service. Don't forget to miss the Live Music in the evening on weekends at their restaurant for an enriching experience.
