The location was reasonable, the extra bathroom was handy.

The property is in need of some maintenance and repair work. The shower had mould in and leaked. The front bedroom had a broken slat and felt as if it might collapse. The kitchen cupboard was hanging off, there was a lot of dirt, dust and rubbish under the beds, the sofa is in need of replacing.

It was the area that we wanted It was spotlessly clean There was a little welcome pack of milk, tea, coffee and biscuits Really good value for money Well equipped kitchen

For the money it was perfect for what we wanted There was only enough space for a squished up 4 on the sofa so if you wanted 6 in the living room it would be a very tight squeeze

Location was fine for what we needed as travelled for a dance competition and it was 10 mins from property

House was so unclean, mouldy food left in cupboards, milk in fridge dust and rubbish under the bed. Bed sheets were all marked looked like hadn’t been changed from previous stay. So noisy at nights sounded like party’s were being held next door which kids were a bit frightened. Shower stank like mould after use overall not great and definitely not worth the almost £900 it cost us. We actually tried to book a hotel during the stay but had no luck with availability.
