House @ Queens University

Good accommodation, clean and tidy.

The location isn't really a student location, which it sounded like. There was random noise and shouting rom neighbours in the middle of the night, on a few occasions. There was also roadworks late at night and very early so check before you go. Some furniture needs refreshing.

House was warm and very comfortable, great having two toilets. Kitchen had everything we needed.

2 bathrooms a real bonus

Only 2 blankets supplied for 3 rooms and it was chilly, didn't understand the heating and just for the landlords reference I think there is an air lock in the water system

Walk-ing distance to Belfast city centre

Location was handy for good bars and we could walk to the center of Belfast. It was cheap. The shower broke but was fixed super quick.

We booked during freshers week near the university! - big mistake. Did not sleep1st two nights due to all night street parties Police stopped the noise on the 3rd night .Parking was an issue, recommend you book a space during term time. There is more free parking from 4pm to 8am in the Morning so it is OK if you are out all day. Also our rear windscreen wiper was bent off.
