Nice town house, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room-kitchen combination. Heating of the house was really quick, the house was clean and good for 4 People. (There are 6 beds, but this can get crowdy in the remaining rooms) It's around 5-10 Minutes by food away from the university and ~15 minutes to the centre.

There was only public parking in front of the house available, but after 4pm it was no problem getting a spot in a 1-2 minutes walking distance Furniture of the house is a little bit older, bit still useable. A lot of students live in the area around the house. We heard some parties all night long.

"Definitely one to return to"

Close to Belfast without actually being in the centre. Very comfortable. With three big beds to choose from no sore backs this trip. 2 bathrooms so no waiting crossed legged. Ally was just a message away and very helpful Already planning our next visit

"Perfect stay in a very comfortable apartment near Queen´s University."

The location was particularly good for us, since we came to Belfast for a conference at Queen´s University. The host (Ally) was very friendly and helpful, even if we never met, and the self chek-in worked perfectly. The house is spacious, very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you may need for a short, but also a long stay.

From start to finish our stay was fabulous host was always on call to help with any of out needs tea coffee milk left for us on arrival with complimentary biscuits also spotlessly clean throughout so couldn't ask for anything else facilties we're great everything we needed was on hand location perfect also will definitely be back thanks again.
