"Great value and a great place to stay if you want to have a taste of the university area."

Everything was there for a comfortable stay. We had a taste of the real Belfast. The area was good for shops and less than ten minutes to the botanical gardens the tea cakes on arrival were appreciated.

The sofa We didn’t sit on it as it was very stained and looked saggy and uncomfortable. Such a shame as it was the only thing we could complain about.
