"Traumhafte Kulisse, doch leider schlaflose Nächte"

Traumhaftes Anwesen mit viel Platz zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge rund um die Winelands oder nach Kapstadt, dennoch genießt man hier absolute Ruhe statt Straßenlärm. Besonders die Zimmer im liebevollen ‚Old-World-Flair‘ und der überaus herzliche Service beim Check-in haben uns begeistert.

Leider trübte die extreme Hellhörigkeit unseren Aufenthalt massiv. Die Verbindungstür bot keinerlei Schallschutz, sodass wir jedes Geräusch der Nachbarn (Gespräche, Föhn, TV, usw.....) miterleben mussten und kaum Schlaf fanden. Zudem fühlten wir uns mit unserer Beschwerde nicht ernst genommen: Eine kurze Standardantwort ohne echte Reaktion war alles, was wir erhielten. Das ist für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel leider sehr schwach.
