• No wi-fi in the room, only in the reception area. • We booked a half-board, but we had to pay for water during dinner. • No hair-dryer in the room.

The place was nice, quite and clean, air-conditioning was great, Abdul Aziz was very helpful, food was decent. If you look for a place away from noise, this is the place to have peace of mind. Sunrise tour with him was very nice, but you pay extra of course for the jeep tour Good value for money.

Food was decent but not the best. If you look for a more vibrant location this is not it. No kettle to make hot water for tea or coffee but you need to go to them to restaurant.

The place is very beautiful, an unforgettable experience. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, and I enjoyed the 4-hour jeep ride more. The food was delicious.

We had a great time here. And a cooperative work team. Beautiful Weather. We took the tent which was clean and spacious and booked a 6 hour jeep tour with lunch with our guide Abdul Aziz who was skillful and explained all the sites to us adequately. In the evening we had a Bedouin dinner which we enjoyed. Thank you for your hospitality.

We liked the bubbles, the furnitures were new and clean.

The staff were unprofessional, the sunset trip was supposed to be four hours with 8 sights to be visited but the driver wasted a lot of time and took us back to camp after 3 hours and 15 minutes, the dinner was supposed to be traditional zarb but they cooked some other meal 😔and the breakfast was limited to small four plates (labneh, homus, cucumbers, chease).also they turned on the ac only at bed time. This is not my first visit to rum, but this visit was below expectations due to owner and staff.

The team is very friendly. Everything was perfect. They organize trips Very helpful and the food was good.
