Clean, Comfortable & the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

What a fun experience!! The location is very authentic and the overall setting created by the hotel is amazing! This is a quiet place. We stayed in a Martian tent. We found it as spacious, roomy and clean as rooms can be in the desert! The food was decent and the staff were very helpful from start to finish. We highly recommend booking a sunset jeep tour - it was the highlight of the event!

Liked · Staff were great, rooms/tents clean and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were also great. There is fun walking nearby. Take the jeep ride, it's awesome! Plan to spend two nights, one night is not enough for everything there is to do. Comfortable beds and a really nice private bathroom

The tour guide I had was amazing and helpful. I also really like the location and facilities - it had almost everything I needed and it was easy to find with where to drive. I felt like the experience was memorable and so much fun. Also I have to say my guides were very, very respectful, social and fun. The chef was also very accommodating to my dietary restriction of not eating meat. Plus in the morning when I wanted a little bit more, he brought more eggs out without hesitation. I hope to return again with friends or family, but as a solo woman traveler, this was amazing! completely safe!

There was no wifi in my room which I believe the original booking.com posting stated there would be (there was wifi in the public rooms such as the restaurant and the chill / hangout space). I also did not realize that this was more than a "stay" or 'hotel' but rather an entire tour of its own. While I was there, I was constantly being ask to buy this tour and that tour.. if I wanted to watch the stars at night, its an additional fee. I felt like I couldn't relax and enjoy it because I was always being asked for more money or asked to indulge in something, but then they would charge me more. Also the vehicle of my tour guide was very questionable and I didn't always feel safe; I know the tour guides do this every day but I do not love reckless driving even if they are 'experienced'.

Our host Abdulaziz was great, he went above and beyond to ensure our trip was special and memorable. The accommodation was comfortable and the food exceptional. You really feel like part of the family at this camp, highly recommend and would definitely return

It is incredibly place, it’s clean, very tidy, with all the comforts. The staff is very friendly and they make you feel at home, it is really an excellent camp, there is even wifi.

The place is as clean and as tidy as it gets in Wadi Rum ..

Liked · Highlights include the 4wd tour with a wonderful guide, the delicious dinner cooked in the land in the traditional way and the entertainment after. Amazing desert view from the room, just like the pictures. The room and bathroom were clean, large and comfortable enough

Abdul-Azis, was a really good manager. He helped us around with everything!! Amazing stay.
