Elena Apartments - Girona

Fabulous location - close to the cathedral and lots of lovely places to eat. It's very clean and stylishly decorated and it had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great location, communication and facilities

Die Unterkunft ist für ein Pärchen perfekt geeignet. Genau die richtige Größe, eine super Ausstattung und alles total sauber. Eine bessere Lage hätte ich mir außerdem nicht vorstellen können. Die Wohnung liegt einerseits ruhig und andererseits super nah am historischen Stadt-Zentrum. Ein Supermarkt war auch super nah und zahlreiche gute Restaurants. Wir hätten uns jederzeit wieder für die Wohnung entschieden!

Der einzige Nachteil an der Unterkunft ist, dass die Fenster nicht vollständig geöffnet werden können und es daher stets etwas dunkler in der Wohnung ist. Und das Spannbettuch war ein bisschen klein.

Really cute apartment, comfy bed, soft towels, clean. Great location within walking distance to tons of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, attractions.

There is very little natural light in the apartment, and the bathroom has no windows. The windows can't open properly (because of the bars) and somebody chose the wrong type of shutters so they can't open either. There were no handles to close the windows fully. We also felt strange that the apartment could be unlocked via a link online...

This was our second time staying in this apartment. It is extremely well decorated and well laid out. The sofa is large and comfortable. The bed is also very comfortable. The facilities are very good with a small built in kitchen area which can be closed off with a very nifty roller door! Although small the kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave and fridge freezer, everything that you need. The bathroom is very attractive and well laid out including the washing machine. Very unusually for a rental apartment it has both a full bathtub with a shower and a bidet. There is a wardrobe, a set of drawers (with extra towels) and shelves- so plenty of storage space.

My only slight issue is the shower. It is attached to the taps on the bath and hangs on the wall above. This is of itself not a problem but the wall fitting is fixed so that the shower head points towards the end of the bath and water is inclined to splash/spray on the floor. There is a glass panel to prevent splashes at the top of the bath (which is inclined to move so something to clip it in place would help) but it doesn’t cover the bottom of the bath and the water does spray out there. The shower itself is fine with good pressure etc but maybe a flexible fitting so that you could point it downward would solve the problem. This is only a very minor thing and did not detract from our experience at all, I mention it only to suggest a simple fix!.

The apartment was very clean and spacious, loved the sofa and smart television. There was even a jar of coffee in the cupboard which was very welcoming on my first morning. Great location for all the amenities. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Girona.

There was a little bit of noise at night which can only be expected due to the apartments location
