Contemporary Coach House in Newport, Isle of Wight

Location is ideal, flat is clean, comfy, and well-equipped, and owner is lovely and incredibly helpful. Communication with the owner was easy and he was very friendly and helped in any way he possibly could. Would definitely recommend or stay here again.

The single bed creaked loudly when sat on, the single room's door didn't shut all the way, and the sofa bed mattress was uncomfortable.

De ruimte in het appartement. Alles is aanwezig. Lopen naar centrum ongeveer 15 minuten.

De stoelen rond de eettafel. Daar is niet op te zitten. Opgelost door kussentjes van de bank er op te leggen. Maar dat was het enigste.

Size of apartment. Light and airy. Very quiet location. Newport centre 10 - 15 minutes walk. Sainsbury's also close. Well equipped kitchen. Coffee tea milk provided.

In need of an update. Bathroom grubby/mould on tiles.. Dining chairs needed replacing or re cushioned. Some of the settee cushions were a little tatty. Food storage cupboards in the kitchen need sorting. Use by dates on some sauces etc 2022. Couldn't find the dust bins so had to leave rubbish in the kitchen.

Very nice property, good location, value for money, free parking, excellent communications from Kieran.

Nothing to dislike though it could be tricky for anyone staying who’s not good with stairs as it is an upper floor flat and the stairs are quite steep. Not a criticism, just an observation.

Plenty of space. Shower over bath worked well. Quiet. Close to large supermarket.

Enormous TV. Had to brush aside bushes to get in the front door. No little sharp knife. Double bed not firm enough. Towels damp on arrival.

Clean, spacious home in a quiet area. Owner was very helpful & the parking space was very handy. Ample hot water & good wifi. A large modern TV & everything we needed in the kitchen. Would recommend.
