The Apartments at El Nido

非常適合家庭、朋友出遊，我們住的房子有兩房一廳，方便大家一起交流。Gary 管家非常熱情為我們服務。

The staff (especially Garry) Phoebe, Daniel, Jerry, Bong, all the others, is extremely helpful, professional, welcoming, kind and friendly. The facilities are exactly as pictured on Booking.com: modern and spacious, bright and clean. Guarded 24 hours. Gated entry. Free coffee and soft serve ice cream all day long. Fully stocked kitchen ( plates, utensils, etc...) Comfortable beds, bug zappers in the rooms. A/C was so welcome!

Shower drain was slow.

Het is schoon, ruim, goede bedden en de locatie is perfect. Er is ook de gehele dag security aanwezig.

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is matig (het is erg duur namelijk). Alleen de kamer was erg relaxed qua comfort. Het zwembad is niet echt uitnodigend en het management probeert met name nog extra geld aan je te verdienen (hele dure taxi service voor het vliegveld en overdreven dure boottochten).

Nice layout of the 2 room unit. Great welcoming and wonderful staff, always tending to our needs.

Gary and his staff took excellent care of us; the room was very bright and clean. Carry arranged for us to go wherever we wanted. The service was very attentive, and the hotel even offered complimentary ice cream and coffee. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our five-day stay here.

Bedding was great, location is good, staff was nice. All in all a pretty good place if you are looking to stay in El Nido town.

There was a strong smell of paint when we arrived, I guess they had just gotten some works done. The pool is the same as on the picture but for some reason I thought it'd be bigger. We ended up not using it. We did not find out how to use hot water but to be fair we did not ask the staff.

The location and people

Some of the appliances are not working and the kitchen and utensils are not that clean. Most of the cooking utensils are old and overused.

Thank you to Sir Eugene, Sir Gary and the whole team of The Apartments. It was an amazing experience to stay in a peaceful, secure and absolutely pleasant, warm, professional and friendly team. Highly recommended.
