"Worst experience ever."

Location and the facilities inside the room are good. Yet, the AC had malfunction issues.

This hotel takes overbooking and even when you pay the price earlier, there is no guarantee that you will get the room when you reach the hotel. The hotel staff is rude and expect one of a hell experience at check in. If you are going with your family, they will also get punished for your booking at this hotel. Keep away. I wasted my entire day even after making the payment earlier.

Location is very close to Lulu and some other well known restaurants.

Room wasn’t cleaned properly, empty alcohol bottles found inside shelves. Bathroom was not well cleaned, health faucet was broken and leaking heavily.

Not like any single matter

Very poor stay, bad paintings, unhygienic bathroom with smell always, dirty balcony, dirty bedsheets, very poor stay...blah feel 🤮
