The receptionist said we need to pay 3200 and didn't accept the paid receipt. He said they don't accept the amount mentioned in the booking.com. the hotel was just booked using booking.com and the payment was done via Oyo s payment link. In booking.com the amount mentioned was 2555. When I made the payment in Oyo i was offered a discount of 255 because I was doing full payment (2300). But he asked us to pay 900(3200-2300) or else we can leave that place. We reached that place at 12pm. So we didn't have any other option but to pay. And while we were waiting the false ceiling fell down on the sofa. Luckily none were sitting on that sofa. He said he can't give any rooms until we give all 4 of us ID cards. We gave 3 and was waiting for the third one to be shared. That reception was full of insects and mosquitos. We had a 5 weeks baby with us and we were asking him to give one room atleast until we give the last ID card. But he was not willing to give and we were waiting in a room full of insects and mosquitos and the false ceiling was falling. It was a nightmare.
